Rick and Efi Litberg are the Principals of Paysafe Orange County, Paysafe Las Vegas, and Paysafe Los Angeles.  They are dedicated to providing tailored payment solutions that meet the unique needs of their clients. Recognizing that not all businesses are the same, they customize their approach to ensure the best fit for each customer.

Rick Litberg began his career in bankcard processing in 1984 as a Sales Professional for one of the industry’s first Independent Sales Organizations (ISO). He later served as a Corporate Marketing Manager for a leading payment processing network, Global Payments, Inc., gaining insights into the regional and national banking sectors as well as medium to large-sized merchants. Before co-founding these Paysafe agencies, Rick worked in the Business Banking Group of Wells Fargo Bank as a Merchant Representative, where he honed his expertise in merchant services. His diverse experience with both a global payment processor and as an Independent Sales Agent enables him to understand and address the unique challenges businesses face across the entire payment processing spectrum.

Efi Litberg brings over 20 years of administrative experience, having worked in retail and as a Legal Secretary. Her dedication, hands-on approach, and commitment to doing what’s right for her clients make her an invaluable asset. Efi is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of Point of Sale systems, Clover POS and technology and is eager to share her expertise.
